Edge taxonomy
Every connection is delineated by five channels at once — thickness, opacity, dash pattern, animation, and color. The canvas is generated from the model: nothing is drawn that is not in the model, and nothing in the model is left undrawn (satellite layer permitting).
Thickness = flow weight
1pxminor / side channel
3pxstandard flow

Opacity = confidence

Control — routing & decisions
Execution — work performed
Evidence — provenance & experiments

Feedback — loops returning upstream
Marching dashes show direction. A traveling bright dot is an event in transit. A pulsing ring is a node heartbeat.

Groups — collapse / expand
Groups are model data (every node carries a group field, exported as Mermaid subgraphs). Collapsing is view state only : it never dirties the model, never appears in the Δ diff, and exports always show the full model. A collapsed group renders as one summary node; boundary edges aggregate onto it (×N = merged member edges, style = strongest member; internal edges hide and are counted in the header). Workflow families (vercel-*, collectors, bridges) exist as field rows inside the GitHub Actions node. The Delphi family is the exception: delphi-* is its own group below (intake → generate → cross-vote → gate → ledger, wrapped by the cycle), alongside Research, Issues, Competition, and the Proposal flow group that models this dashboard's own submission pipeline. The unclaimed set (GCP / AWS / Azure / Oracle / DigitalOcean) likewise has no model nodes — inventory stubs only — so it has no group.
Collapse all groups Expand all groups
Focus on a category / family
Focus expands one group (category or workflow family) and collapses every other group. Focus is view state only — like collapse, it never dirties the model and never appears in the Δ diff. Exiting Focus restores the exact collapse state from before Focus was entered.
Focus selector — pick a group to focus
No focus — all groups as set above
Dim others
Hide others (summaries remain)
Fit on focus: ON
Dim others: non-focused summaries and their non-boundary edges render at low opacity. Hide others (summaries remain): non-focused groups stay as collapsed summary nodes — never fully invisible — so context and egress edges stay discoverable, with boundary edges of the focused group at full strength and aggregated edges labeled ×N. The same choice applies in the bottom-bar group picker. Fit on focus (third companion, default ON): entering Focus also zooms the camera to fit the focused group's rendered bounds — its members plus the boundary summaries it connects to — with padding; exiting Focus restores the exact pre-Focus camera (scale + translation, snapshotted alongside the collapse state).
Exit Focus — restore previous view
focus: none
Add node — templates
Add a draft box with sensible field rows, then edit it in the inspector. New nodes are marked dirty vs baseline and appear in the diff. The same picker opens as a sheet from the + Node button in the canvas toolbar and the phone bottom bar.
Admin gates
Vercel production publish — LIVE · ADMIN-GATEDManual dispatch only — git auto-deploy is off OFF
Gate closed (OFF): Vercel is LIVE, but publish is held — the Aggregator → Vercel edge stays strong/solid (3px, conf 0.95) with flow stopped at the gate.

Proposal dispatch console — new proposal
This panel formalizes the owner ↔ agent chat loop happening in Muse chat right now : the owner drafts a concept, dispatches it, and gets feedback → review → enhancement → expansion → fit analysis back. Here the same loop is a form + a stage pipeline (the proposal-flow group on the canvas). Submitting = Prepare dispatch : the proposal becomes a draft node in the model (it appears in the Δ diff), wired to the chosen method's target and to every stage node, and the panel emits that method's real payload shape. PREPARED — not sent Sending = a PAT issue POST / workflow dispatch call outside this static prototype; no “sent” state is ever shown here.

Repo match — the repo is the authority; fleet-memory statuses are not. Sources: docs/DEPLOYMENT-LANES.md (blob c0131ee8) · docs/ops/FREE-TIER-BACKEND-RECON-2026-10-21.md (blob 91847c45) · master, fetched 2026-10-30 via the PAT API.
Primary target: BLU View 5 (B160V) — Android phone viewport (~360–412 CSS px wide, tall), touch-first; desktop is secondary. All flows (edit, connect, diff, dispatch-prep) are completable by touch alone: tap a node to edit it, tap an edge to read its full detail in the “Selected edge” card (the tap equivalent of the hover tooltip — nothing is hover-only), and primary actions also live in the bottom action bar on phone-width screens.
Satellite edges — endpoint & styling audit. Style words describe the edge only , derived from the edge's own weight + confidence (≥3px / high-conf = solid/strong · 1px / low-conf = faint/thin · otherwise = connected/mid). Node statuses are listed separately per endpoint and never determine the edge style word:

Resource inventory
Full fleet inventory — not just examples. Statuses reconciled against termux-monorepo master (fetched 2026-10-30 via PAT API): docs/DEPLOYMENT-LANES.md is the authority; where the repo disagrees with itself (Pages / Render / Cloudflare), the SSOT status governs and a ⚠ repo delta names both sources. Status snapshot — not live data; this static page does not call these endpoints.
Compute / Hosting deploy surfaces → graph satellites
Vercel LIVE · ADMIN-GATED
Repo SSOT (docs/DEPLOYMENT-LANES.md): the ONLY documented live application-hosting lane. Overall: LIVE, CAPACITY CONSTRAINED / SELECTOR CONFIGURED, EFFECT NOT YET VERIFIED (build-rate-limit noted). Exactly two SSOT lanes, modeled as two satellite nodes: (1) mcp-hub — LIVE, bearer-token-gated MCP router serving termux-mcp + android-mcp via /mcp/:server routes, root dir mcp-hub; (2) termux-monorepo — LIVE, root demo-portal/public, public showcase, currently a placeholder page. Production publish is admin-gated by manual dispatch only; git auto-deploy is off. help-wanted-dash + help-wanted-oversight are connected projects (settings PR #1310) — not SSOT lanes.
Render AVAILABLE/CANDIDATE · UNPROVEN HERE ⚠
Repo SSOT status governs: AVAILABLE/CANDIDATE, UNPROVEN HERE — no Render project/lane recorded. ⚠ Repo delta: the recon doc (FREE-TIER-BACKEND-RECON-2026-10-21.md) says Render “Live” (app installed, Jules MCP connected, previews). Both sources named; SSOT governs the node.
Fly.io LIVE · UNPRICED · BILLING NOT ESTABLISHED
Live but unpriced per recon; billing state NOT ESTABLISHED. deploy-hindsight.yml, manual dispatch; free allowances ended Oct 2024 for new accounts.
Koyeb DORMANT
Dormant per recon: koyeb-hindsight-deploy.yml exists; revalidate before revival.
GitHub Pages CONFIGURED / PUBLICATION UNVERIFIED ⚠
Repo SSOT status governs: CONFIGURED / PUBLICATION UNVERIFIED — workflow help-wanted-dashboard-deploy.yml + gh-pages branch exist; SSOT says verify URLs+SHA before declaring LIVE. ⚠ Repo delta: the recon doc says Pages = Live. Repo-internal disagreement — both sources named, neither silently picked.
Data / Stores stores & state
Neon LIVE-ISH
“Live-ish” per recon (FREE-TIER-BACKEND-RECON-2026-10-21.md): batch writes hourly. Repo edge: lane-events-recorder.yml (GitHub Actions → Neon). Provisioned primary store for lane events.
Supabase GAP — REGISTRY RECORD ONLY
Gap per recon: registry record only; the Supabase → Jules lane is still open (only remaining path = Supabase’s own email/password sign-in, not yet taken).
Turso RECORDED · UN-DETAILED
Recorded, un-detailed per recon: registry record only, limits null.
Upstash RECORDED · UN-DETAILED
Recorded, un-detailed per recon: registry record only, limits null.
Grafana Cloud RECORDED · UN-DETAILED
Recorded, un-detailed per recon: registry record only, limits null. Modeled as a satellite node fed from Logs.
Edge / Transport public intake & gateways
Cloudflare AVAILABLE/CANDIDATE · UNPROVEN HERE ⚠
Repo SSOT status governs: AVAILABLE/CANDIDATE, UNPROVEN HERE — no live Cloudflare project recorded in the SSOT. ⚠ Repo delta: recon (2026-10-21) says “Partial — Tunnel lane blocked on cfapi.net consent; Workers/Pages/D1/R2 lane never built”. The fleet’s workers.dev device-queue Worker is not a repo lane and is not presented as one.
Gravitee RESEARCH SEED IN-REPO
Research-seed only in-repo. The connector was built outside the repo (mock-verified against Management API v2, 149 paths). No live instance exists yet — not connected.
Bifrost PROPOSAL · PARTIAL SLICE IN-REPO
Request plane: provider routing, model route, fallback. Proposal + partial slice in-repo — not a live gateway.
Temporal SELF-HOST OPERATIONAL · MCP READ-ONLY
Time / durable-execution plane. Self-host operational; official MCP is read-only.
getDX NOT ESTABLISHED
Measurement candidate: absent, 0 hits in fleet recon — shown dimmed / NOT ESTABLISHED.

GitHub Actions LIVE · AUTHORITATIVE
Live, authoritative execution substrate — 232 workflow files on master (counted 2026-10-30). Workflows backing this diagram: vercel-batch-deploy.yml, vercel-ignore-guard.yml, vercel-quota-probe.yml, tribute-vercel-prod.yml, lane-events-recorder.yml (→ Neon), n8n-she-bridge.yml, temporal-engagement.yml, temporal-self-host-smoke.yml, cross-plane-graph.yml, and the delphi-* family.
Hex INTEGRATED EVIDENCE SURFACE
Evidence surface per docs/ops/HEX-MONEYBALL-INTEGRATION.md, fed by hex-moneyball-evidence.yml. Actions remains the execution plane — Hex is evidence, not execution.
GitHub Wiki / DeepWiki / Devin Wiki DOCUMENTATION SURFACES
Documentation only, modeled as one grouped node. Never an authority boundary.
GitHub Codespaces PRESENT · UNMEASURED
Present, unmeasured per recon: 3 codespaces, NO registry record — the recon’s biggest registry gap.
Replit LIVE · Muse-SIDE CONNECTOR
Live (Muse-side connector) per recon. Not a backend the mesh depends on.
GitLab DEGRADED · MIRROR WEBHOOK 400
Mirror webhook degraded per recon — last response 400.
Platform201 MCP LIVE · 401
https://api.platform201.com/mcp/v1Endpoint live, probed today: returns a 401 OAuth challenge (no bearer). OAuth-only — no API key exists. Known blocker: token exchange fails through the VM egress proxy. Not connected.
Platform201 EXTERNAL · PROJECT LIVE OUTSIDE REPO SSOT
NOT a repo deployment lane — external platform, project live outside the repo SSOT. Visual graph cloud infrastructure — theirs, used first while we build our own. Solo plan, $0.
n8n SELF-HOSTED
Self-host Community wiring in-repo (ops/n8n/docker-compose.yml) + bridge workflow n8n-she-bridge.yml. NOT a hosted service. GitHub Actions is authoritative. Not part of Platform201.
Witness / Evidence Substrate INVESTIGATE

Issues — templates & triage ON MASTER
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ on master: proposal.yml, delphi-rfp.yml, research-service.yml, research-provider.yml, target-brief.yml, bug.yml, plus the apk-cross-reference and reverse-engineering-taxonomy families. Triage is mechanical: title-class rules, labels verified in the live taxonomy. Each form routes somewhere real: delphi-rfp → Delphi intake, research-* → Research intake, proposal → the proposal dispatch console above.
Competition — challenge plane 7 EVENTS · ADMIN METRICS INTERNAL
Coordinator: ops/challenge/coordinator.json, 7 events, blob d5f14c5c84c9; single-writer = challenge-entries lane. Entries track our team only — external competitors are observation only. OSINT watch: challenge-osint-watch.yml, weekly Wed 08:17Z, coverage matrix + append-only page snapshots. Participant store = Neon tables; the repo keeps a derived projection only. Admin metrics feed (apps/help-wanted-dashboard/data/challenge-admin-metrics.json) is ADMIN PANEL ONLY — internal metrics, values deliberately not in this graph.
